BILD Association of Certified TrainingThe Irish National Institute of Intellectual Disability Studies is the first and only Irish company, accredited by and committed to the standards set out in BILD Code of Practice (2019) and Restraint Reduction Network 2019. The Restraint Reduction Network is an independent body that brings together government departments, professional bodies, people with lived experience, practitioners and academics. It is a coalition of the willing who are passionate about restraint reduction and human rights.

BILD Association of Certified Training is a separate charitable organisation and is a certification body accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) as complying with the ISO 17065:2012 certification standards and licensed by the Restraint Reduction Network to use the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2019 and deliver the Restraint Reduction Network Certification Scheme. As a Bild Association of Certified Training organisation, we have a quality assurance process in place that monitors consistency to ensure delivery and adherence to these standards. We provide s range of tailored programmes designed for different client groups which include:
